Homemade Nutella

Hazelnuts and chocolate— no words needed—it’s a winner! It is so great with bananas or any fruits and of course with crackers and crepes! You can keep it in the fridge for a week if you have enough discipline 🙂 It never ever last in my kitchen.





  • 1. Blend all ingredients except for cacao powder until smooth.
  • 2. Add cacao powder and blend until well combined.
  • 3. Pour into a container and refrigerate for 1-2 hours or until set.

FYI: Yacon Syrup Yacon is a tuber native in South America. It is rich in antioxidants and is low in glycemic index. Sold as dried powder or syrup, which has a dark brown, rich molasses-like flavor.
