Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse

4-6 cacao beans



  • 1. Blend 1 cup of hazelnut milk and soaked Irish moss until slight warm and Irish moss is completely dissolved.
  • 2. Add all the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • 3. Pour into glasses and refrigerate for a few hours to set.
  • 4. Garnish with cacao beans to serve.
