Hazelnut Chocolate Mousse

So light and elegant … absolutely divine!

Serves 4-6     




4-6 cacao beans



  • 1. Blend 1 cup of hazelnut milk and soaked Irish moss until slight warm and Irish moss is completely dissolved. Add all the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and refrigerate for a few hours to set. Garnish with cacao beans to serve.
