Ginger Boy Christmas Cookies

Yields 6-7 large ginger man cookies






  • 1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix by hand until well incorporated.
  • 2. Roll the mixture (using the plastic warp so that it doesn’t stick to the board) into 0.2 inch/0.6cm thick.
  • 3. Remove the plastic wrap on top, make ginger man shape using the cookie cutter.
  • 4. Place onto the mesh screen, decorate with chocolate on top, dehydrate at 105-115° F/41-46° C overnight or until dry.

Note: Dehydrator needed
