Pretty pink-colored dragon fruit makes it special!
Garnish:1 dragon fruit, sliced; if unavailable, use any fruit of your choice
- 1. Blend 1 cup coconut milk and soaked Irish moss until slightly warm and Irish moss is completely dissolved.
- 2. Add all the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
- 3. Pour into glasses and refrigerate for a few hours to set.
- 4. Garnish with dragon fruit to serve.
