Dragon Coconut Pudding

Pretty pink-colored dragon fruit makes it special!

1 dragon fruit, sliced; if unavailable, use any fruit of your choice



  • 1. Blend 1 cup coconut milk and soaked Irish moss until slightly warm and Irish moss is completely dissolved.
  • 2. Add all the rest of the ingredients and blend until smooth.
  • 3. Pour into glasses and refrigerate for a few hours to set.
  • 4. Garnish with dragon fruit to serve.
