Chocolate Banana Chia Pudding

This tiny little seed is packed with easily digestible protein, vitamins and minerals, and essential fatty acids. Morning chia keeps you going all day!

  • 1. Mix all ingredients except for chia seeds, dates, and banana in the bowl.
  • 2. Add chia seeds and mix with whisk for a few minutes.
  • 3. Fold in dates and refrigerate overnight
  • 4. Add chopped banana before serving

FYI: If you want to have it ready sooner, use slightly warm nut milk, and it will be ready in about 30 minutes, as chia seeds absorb the warm liquid quickly.
