Chili Cacao Ice Cream

Chocolate with chili is pretty standard in Mexico. This ice cream taste just like a Mexican hot chocolate. Yumm!





  • 1. Blend all the ingredients, except for the coconut oil, lecithin and cacao powder, until smooth.
  • 2. Add coconut oil, lecithin and cacao powder and blend until well incorporated.
  • 3. Pour the mix into the ice cream maker and follow the directions. Alternatively, you can pour the mixture into a container and keep it in the freezer. Mix a few times before it freezes completely.

Yields 2 1/2 cups
