Method

FYI: Adjust the quantity of water depending on the thickness and hardness of the Irish moss. Ideally, use minimum water to make a nice and thick paste.   FYI: If Irish moss is not available, though it is not going to be completely raw, it can be substituted with agar. 1/2 cup Irish moss paste can be replaced with 1/2 teaspoon agar powder (or 1 agar flake) melted in 1/2 cup boiled water.
